Set at the meeting point of Nantucket Sound and West Bay, Land’s End is a contemporary interpretation of classic Cape Cod coastal living. In collaboration with Catalano Architects and KVC Builders, Liz Caan & Co. designed interiors that honor the home’s shingle-style architecture while introducing a fresh, modern sensibility. Light, proportion, and connection to the water shaped every decision, from the sculptural three-story stair to the quiet transitions between gathering spaces and more intimate rooms.
Inside, the palette is layered and collected, blending contemporary art with mid-century Scandinavian forms and French Art Deco pieces to create a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. Sculptural furnishings and thoughtful materiality bring depth and warmth, allowing the interiors to feel both tailored and effortless. The result is a coastal retreat that balances elegance with ease—a family sanctuary where craftsmanship, comfort, and a sense of place come together seamlessly.
